Thank you for registering for the upcoming Black Womens Wellness Retreat on Saturday, March 25, 2023 @10am - 2pm.

We have an amazing day planned for you and we have a few suggestions to make this an incredible experience.

•Yoga Mat

•Journals and Pen

•Loop bands, Resistance bands

•Please wear comfortable & breathable material

•Mediation Cushions (Pillow, Blankets) whatever will be comfortable lying/sitting down
